The Interreg Programme in the European Union 

Goal 3 of European Territorial Cooperation, commonly known as INTERREG, represents one of the pillars of this policy for the period 2007-2013. It is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The Interreg Programme in the "Greater Region" 

The INTERREG IV A programme in the Greater Region aims at intensifying cross-border cooperation. This goal is to be achieved by means of local and regional projects between partners from the various areas in the Greater Region.
